I am a Singaporean photographer based in the Netherlands. My day job is all about data, code and documents; photography is my way of engaging with the world outside a lit rectangular screen, and a chance for me to exercise creative control over my surroundings.

My interests are in the details and oddities of urban life, along with the colours, shapes and textures found in nature. I also enjoy documentary photography and have a long-term personal project in which I make photos of my family every time I visit Singapore.

When communicating verbally rather than visually, I speak English, German, Dutch (somewhat badly) and Mandarin (very badly).
